A&D Mercury Free Sphygmomanometer UM-101B
The A&D UM-101B measures blood pressure in the same way as traditional mercury sphygmomanometers - auscultatory measurement used by healthcare professionals world wide since 1905. This digital version does away with the toxic mercury in traditional devices yet appears and functions in the same way, with only and On / Off switch being the main difference.
It has a traditional analogue style display column for the blood pressure, as well as a small digital display for the pulse rate. The pulse rate is measured simultaneously for blood pressures of 20mmHg and below, saving time.
