Delivery Information

Mainland UK
Delivery is free of charge for orders over £100 ex. VAT (excluding areas classed as remote locations by couriers). A standard shipping and handling charge of £5.75 ex. VAT applies to small orders under £100 ex. VAT. Some exceptions may apply, as detailed below.
For large items of furniture, or orders of large quantities of heavy items, additional carriage charges may apply. We will contact you after the order has been placed to advise you of any additional delivery costs, where applicable.
For items that are in stock you will receive the goods usually within 1-3 working days of placing the order. Please note that our website does not currently indicate stock levels. Whilst we do carry a wide range of equipment that surgeries and customers order regularly, some spare parts and specialist equipment is ordered in from our suppliers and can take time to arrive. If something is urgent, please telephone the office and check with us first. For items that are not in stock, delivery time depends on the product. Certain items such as couches, furniture etc which are made to orders have variable lead times. Please contact us if you require something urgently.
We use different postal services - Royal Mail 24 Signed For, UPS, FedEx, The service used depends on the size, weight and order value.
All deliveries require a signature on receipt. If you are not in when an attempt is made, either a card will be left in your letterbox so you can arrange delivery at a more convenient time or the delivery will be attempted on another day.
Highlands and Islands (including Northern Island)
For deliveries to Highlands and Islands, including Northern Ireland, please select the relevant delivery area, and delivery option when checking out. Please note that for bulky or heavy items, a courier surcharge may apply. We will contact you after your order has been placed, should any additional payment be required.
International Orders
For international orders, please contact us for shipping costs and to place orders. Payment terms are up front and by bank transfer on proforma.
